Games:

• Each team will need to provide minor officials for their round robin games. These volunteers need to be in their positions prior to the teams getting on the ice. 
  • The Home team will provide Scoreeeper, Shot Clock Operator, and Penalty Box Attendant
  • The Visiting team will provide Timekeeper and Penalty Box Attendant
  • PRA will provide volunteers for Semi-Final and Final games
• Gamesheets need to be filled out and signed by coaches 20 minutes prior to the start of the game. Gamesheets will be at the registration desk. Teams will indicate the starting goaltender (G), alternate goaltender(s) (AG), affiliate players (AP), captains (C) and assistant captains (A) on the game sheet. A delay of game penalty may be assessed for noncompliance with this rule.
• In the event of a conflict with jersey colors, the Visiting team will be required to change.
• Games will take place at the Westlock Rotary Spirit Centre and the Thorhild Agriplex. 

Weekend Schedule

• Mandatory Coaches' Meeting will take place Thursday, March 17 at 8:00 pm in the Remax Room on the second floor of the Westlock Rotary Spirit Centre. 
• Opening Ceremonies will take place Friday, March 18th at 6:00 PM at the Westlock Rotary Spirit Centre. 
  • Athletes and Team Staff should report to the registration table at 5:40 pm and should be wearing their jerseys and clean running shoes. 
• Games will begin Friday, March 18 at the Westlock Rotary Spirit Centre and Thorhild Agriplex.
